Infraconic® PILOT series 6000 & 12000

New series of stainless steel plate infrared brooders with double radiant surface and lighting micropilot burner.

Capacities of 6 kW and 12 kW. Thanks to its exclusive design of patented lighting micropilot burner, the automatic ignition of the brooder with a minimum cost of maintenance is guaranteed. Significant energy savings up to 40% in gas consumption vs. hot air systems and conventional brooder, checked in field tests.

Typical applications in poultry farming for broiler, turkey, quail, partridge, etc. Also in the pig-farming sector for the fattening stage.

The Mini Farm Kit includes:

Gas pressure regulator, fixed at 300 mbar, for connection to the free outlet valve from the propane gas bottle.

Flexi-hose 1.5 m. long for connection to the brooder.

One Infraconic® BP 1000 or Infraconic® BP 1500 brooder.

Infraconic® series 5000 & 10000

Outputs of 5 kW and 10 kW, together with the exclusive radiant surface design, are the ideal solution for use in large businesses (coverage of the entire surface area, with simple distribution of the brooders) and also in small and medium-sized applications with highly demanding comfort requirements.
Typical applications in poultry farming for broiler, turkey, quail, partridge, etc., meat. Also in the pig-farming sector for the fattening stage.

Available with individual thermostatic regulation and the most extensive range of accessories for your installation, such as sectioning valves, gas filters, flexible connections, line regulators and filters for the combustion air.

Its exclusive DOLP® patented system offers a linear modulation of 1:10, thanks to the double-injector system. It guarantees optimum adaptation to comfort requirements, and clean combustion throughout the range of pressures.

Control panels

Panels for regulating output and temperature in installations with and without electricity supply.
Ranging from solutions for individual temperature control via a heat sensor connected to each brooder, for different comfort levels in the same installation, to centralized control of the system via connection to a computer or autonomous temperature controller built into the system.
Suitable for installations equipped with brooders from 1 to 10 kW.
